Refund policy

At Potions, your glow and satisfaction matter most. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll help make it better.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed with the original safety sticker.

  • To request a return, email info@potionsco.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Your full name and contact number

    • A clear photo of the invoice and items received

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt for unused, sealed items.

  • Follow the same steps as above to initiate your exchange.

  • In case of a product issue or delivery error, we’ll cover the shipping.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.

  • Email us at info@potionsco.com with your order details and photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
